Returns are accepted where required by applicable consumer law, or where an item is defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied.

If you are a consumer and your order is delivered to a country in the European Union, you generally have the statutory right to withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days without giving a reason, subject to the exceptions described below.
For physical goods, the withdrawal period generally begins on the day you, or a person designated by you other than the carrier, receives the goods.

We do not generally provide prepaid return labels for change-of-mind returns.

You may inspect and handle goods to the extent reasonably necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.
You may be responsible for any reduction in value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary for such an inspection.
Please package returned goods carefully to prevent damage during transport.
Products that are made to your specifications or clearly personalized may be excluded from the statutory right of withdrawal where permitted by applicable law.
This includes, in particular, books or other products containing a personal dedication, name, message, or other personalization requested by you.
Such personalized items cannot normally be returned because you have changed your mind.
This exclusion does not affect your rights if the product is defective, damaged, or does not correspond to what you ordered.
Digital products, including downloadable PDF guides and other digital content, are subject to special rules.
Where permitted by applicable law, your statutory right of withdrawal may expire once the supply or download of digital content has begun, provided that you have expressly agreed to the immediate supply of the digital content and acknowledged that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal where such consent and acknowledgement are legally required.
If the requirements for the loss of the statutory withdrawal right have not been met, any mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Where a bundle is sold as a single product, all eligible physical components of the bundle must generally be returned together in order to process a withdrawal or refund for the bundle.
If a bundle includes digital content or a personalized item, the rules relating to digital products and personalized products above also apply.

Gift cards are generally non-refundable, except where a refund is required by applicable law.
Where you validly exercise a statutory EU right of withdrawal, we will reimburse the payments that we are legally required to refund.
This generally includes the original standard delivery charge, where applicable. If you selected a more expensive delivery method than the least expensive standard delivery option offered by us, the additional delivery cost is not refundable.
Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction unless otherwise agreed.
Where permitted by law, we may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or you have provided evidence that the goods have been sent back, whichever occurs first.

If a refund is agreed because an item is damaged, defective, or incorrectly supplied, the refund will be made to your original payment method unless otherwise agreed.
Please note that banks, credit card companies, and payment providers may require additional processing time before the refund appears in your account.
