Handmade, printed, textile, paper or other naturally variable products may show minor variations that do not constitute defects.
Product availability may change without notice. We may discontinue products or limit quantities where reasonably necessary.
By submitting an order, you make an offer to purchase the products shown in your order.
After placing your order, you will receive an electronic confirmation. We reserve the right to reject or cancel an order where there is a legitimate reason to do so, including obvious pricing or product errors, suspected fraud, lack of availability or inability to deliver to the specified destination.
If we cancel an order after payment has been received, the corresponding amount will be refunded.
Please check your order carefully before submitting it. Once an order has entered processing, we may no longer be able to change or cancel it.
Returns, withdrawals and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
Prices displayed in our store are shown in the currency indicated on the website.
Applicable taxes, shipping charges and other charges will be displayed at checkout where applicable.

We reserve the right to correct obvious pricing errors. If such an error affects an order you have already placed, we will contact you before fulfilling the order where required.
Physical products are shipped to the countries and regions indicated in our Shipping Policy and checkout.
Any stated delivery dates or transit times are estimates unless expressly agreed otherwise.
We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including customs processing, transport disruptions, severe weather or carrier delays. This does not limit any mandatory rights you may have under applicable consumer law.
Risk of loss or damage passes in accordance with applicable law. In particular, where mandatory consumer law provides that we remain responsible for the goods during transport until they are delivered to you, those rights remain unaffected.

Certain Clio & Quill products are supplied digitally, including downloadable PDF guides and other digital content.
Digital products are intended for the purchaser’s personal use unless expressly stated otherwise.
You may not reproduce, share, redistribute, resell, publish, upload, sublicense or commercially exploit digital products without our prior written permission, except where permitted by mandatory law.
You are responsible for ensuring that you have suitable hardware, software and internet access to download and use the digital product.
Where applicable law requires your express consent before we begin supplying digital content during a statutory withdrawal period, the digital product will be supplied in accordance with those requirements.
Where a consumer expressly requests immediate supply and acknowledges that the right of withdrawal will be lost once supply begins, the withdrawal right may cease as provided by applicable law.

Certain products may be personalised at your request, including books containing an individual name, dedication or message.
You are responsible for ensuring that all personalization information submitted to us is accurate.
Please review spelling, names and wording carefully before completing your order. We are not responsible for errors contained in personalization information supplied by the customer.
Clearly personalised or custom-made products may be excluded from statutory withdrawal rights where permitted by applicable law.
This does not affect your rights if the product is defective, damaged, incorrectly supplied or does not correspond to the personalization instructions provided by you.
Certain products may be offered as bundles consisting of multiple physical products or a combination of physical and digital products.
The individual elements of a bundle remain subject to the relevant provisions of these Terms and our Refund Policy.
Where a physical bundle is eligible for return, we may require all components of the bundle to be returned together.
Digital or personalised components of a bundle remain subject to the specific provisions applicable to digital and personalised products.
Clio & Quill does not provide a voluntary general right of return simply because a customer has changed their mind.
Any statutory withdrawal rights or other mandatory consumer protections remain unaffected.

Where customers are responsible for return shipping under applicable law, Clio & Quill does not provide free return shipping.
The Clio & Quill website and its original content, including texts, books, guides, photographs, illustrations, graphics, logos, product designs, layouts, digital files and other materials, are owned by or licensed to Clio & Quill and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Purchasing a physical or digital product does not transfer any intellectual property rights to you.
Unless expressly permitted by us in writing or permitted by mandatory law, you may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publish, sell, commercially exploit or create derivative works from our protected content.
This applies in particular to our books, writing guides, workbook content and downloadable digital products.
“Clio & Quill” and associated branding may not be used in a manner that suggests endorsement, affiliation or origin without our prior permission.
Our website may contain links to or integrations with third-party services, including payment providers, shipping providers and social media platforms.
Third-party services may be governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
We are not responsible for third-party websites or services outside our control, except to the extent responsibility cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Clio & Quill is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.
However, any sales and purchases you make in our store are made directly with Clio & Quill.
By using the Services, you acknowledge that Shopify is not the seller of the products purchased from Clio & Quill and is not responsible for the fulfilment of those purchases.
Nothing in this section excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.
